This is the new location of Chuka Soba Katsumoto, the first ramen shop opened by Yasushi Matsumura, the proprietor of Michelin-starred Ginza Hachigou. The soy sauce based soup packed with the umami of chicken and sardines pairs perfectly with the special noodles from Asakusa Kaikaro.
